Pregnancy ultrasound — 3D, 4D fetal screening and Doppler in Osh
First trimester screening
Performed at 11–13 weeks. Includes assessment of fetal anatomy, nuchal translucency thickness, the nasal bone and other risk markers for chromosomal abnormalities.
Second trimester screening
Performed at 18–21 weeks. Allows a detailed examination of the fetal organs and systems and detection of possible developmental anomalies.
Fetal Doppler
Assesses blood flow in the uterine arteries, the umbilical cord and the fetal brain. Important for diagnosing hypoxia and placental insufficiency.
Extended fetal echocardiography
Allows detection of congenital heart defects and assessment of the structure and function of the heart chambers and valves.
Extended 3D/4D fetal ultrasound
Provides a volumetric image of the fetus in real time. Used to assess external anatomy and for emotional bonding with the baby.
Pubic symphysis ultrasound
Performed for pelvic pain, to assess the condition of the symphysis and detect its separation.
Note:
Technical breaks of up to 30 minutes may occur during working hours.
An examination takes from 5 to 40 minutes.
